Our Promise
Whether we deliver to you or you pick up from us — you have the right to inspect every piece before you accept it. If something doesn’t match what was described, we’ll make it right. No fee. No argument.
How we make sure you’re confident before we ever meet
Every piece in our inventory is individually sourced, inspected, and represented with detailed photos and descriptions before purchase. We do the work upfront so pickup or delivery day is the easy part.
· Multiple high-quality photos of every piece
· Videos available upon request
· Full measurements provided
· Condition notes — any wear, patina, or imperfections disclosed
· Additional angles or close-ups upon request
Have a question before you buy? Ask. We’d rather answer ten questions than hand off something that isn’t right.
Delivery — inspection at your door
When we arrive, you’ll have the opportunity to inspect the piece before it’s placed in your home. We stand behind every listing — if something doesn’t match the photos or description, you can refuse it on the spot. We take it back at no cost and issue a full refund.
Once you accept the piece at delivery, the sale is considered final.
Customer pickup — inspection at our warehouse
Prefer to pick up? We’ll have your piece ready and waiting. Before you load up and head out, you’ll have the opportunity to inspect it in full at our Camp Hill warehouse. We want you to feel confident walking out the door.
If something doesn’t match the listing photos or description at the time of pickup, let us know on the spot — we’ll make it right before you leave.
Once a piece is loaded and leaves our warehouse, the sale is considered final. We are not responsible for:
· Damage that occurs during customer transport or loading
· Items that don’t fit in the customer’s vehicle or through entryways at home
· Condition concerns raised after the piece has left our facility
Please bring appropriate blankets, straps, and a vehicle suited to the size of your piece. We’re happy to advise on what you’ll need — just ask before pickup day.
After delivery or pickup — all sales final
Because every piece we carry is unique and individually sourced, we’re unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once delivery is complete and accepted or the piece has left our warehouse. This applies to all inventory — hand-selected pieces and special orders alike.
We cannot accommodate returns for:
· Change of mind after the sale is accepted
· Items that don’t fit through doorways, stairwells, or your layout — please measure your space before purchase
· Color or décor preferences that differ from expectation
This is why we encourage every question before purchase and give you full inspection rights at delivery or pickup.
Special orders
All special order and custom pieces are final sale with no exceptions. Each is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Review all measurements, materials, and specifications before ordering — we’re happy to provide additional information or photos in advance.
Damage during delivery
If damage occurs during delivery by our team, it must be reported immediately at the time of delivery. We will repair, compensate, or refund accordingly. Damage claims cannot be honored once delivery is completed and accepted.
